All products, listings, quotes, and shipments from Prosper Research Materials LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) are chemical reagents offered solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified institutions and companies. Products are not for human use, veterinary use, household use, or any use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
Nothing we sell is an approved drug. We do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, compound, or dispense. We are not a pharmacy, not a 503A compounding pharmacy, and not a 503B outsourcing facility. Certificates of analysis, purity figures, endotoxin results, and sterility results are laboratory specifications. They do not authorize administration to humans or animals and do not make a reagent a drug.
Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, intended use is determined by labeling, marketing, and the circumstances of sale—not by a disclaimer alone. Buyers must not represent, use, or resell our materials as drugs, therapies, “research peptides for injection,” wellness products, or anything other than in-vitro research reagents. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with laboratory research use.
This website and our emails do not provide medical advice, dosing, injection technique, reconstitution-for-administration instructions, or treatment recommendations. Any such interpretation is unauthorized.
By requesting a quote or placing an order you represent that:
Supplier COAs and any third-party reports describe the tested sample under the stated method. HPLC area-percent is not the same as peptide content. Salt form, water, and residual solvent affect mass. We do not warrant that a lot is identical to a finished pharmaceutical article or to any approved drug substance. We do not warrant results in any biological assay.
Catalog names, CAS numbers, sequences, and sizes are provided for identification. We may correct errors. “Coming soon” means a SKU is not offered for sale until we say it is released. Images may be illustrative and may not depict Company-owned facilities or a specific lot.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, ARISING FROM THE SITE, QUOTES, OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC LOT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THAT LOT.
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products or content, your violation of law, or your resale or marketing of materials as anything other than in-vitro research reagents.
A quote is not a contract until we accept it in writing. We may require prepayment. Title and risk of loss pass as stated on the invoice. Refused or illegal shipments may be destroyed without refund where law requires.
Quote emails may be stored to process the request. Do not send protected health information. Email to purchasing@prosperresearchmaterialsllc.com is for purchasing, not emergencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Texas, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
